During the course of treatment clients learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior. The goal of cognitive behavior therapy, is to teach clients that while they cannot control every aspect of the world around them, they can take control of how they interpret and deal with things in their environment.

Somatic psychotherapy is one of the best ways to help patients suffering from psychological traumas cope, recover and live a normal life. In some cases past traumas may manifest physical symptoms like pain, depression, anxiety and addiction. Somatic psychotherapy can provide relief from many physical and mental symptoms resulting from past traumas.
