A simple but amazing way to help deal with anxiety is to interrupt it with a positive thought. “what if this goes well?” and “what if it works out?” are powerful ways to interrupt anxiety. Just the idea of a positive outcome can be enough to help lower or keep the feeling of anxiousness in check. Next time you are worried about any situation, stop yourself and your anxiety by saying “What if it goes good?”

Exercise

For years now, there has been a proven link between exercise and anxiety management. Recent studies have found that something as little as a 10-minute walk will help someone with anxiety relax and gain better control over the situation. Scientific and psychological research has also found that people who exercise regularly are less likely to suffer from and have better control over anxiety when they begin to suffer from it. Meditation

Nothing soothes the mind quite like meditation. When this practice comes to helping someone with anxiety, there is good news and amazing news. The good news is that meditation has been proven to help calm anxiety. The great news is that if someone with an anxiety disorder regularly meditates, they will slowly become less anxious.
