Low-Points in Life Never Last

One of the most common problems facing America is the lack of ability to talk about our feelings. In fact, the millennial generation is opening up less to each other than previous generations. Dwayne Johnson has said, “Took me a long time to realize it but the key is to not be afraid to open up.” Holding in emotions can also negatively impact your health. If you are keeping your emotions bottled up you are more at risk of having a heart attack, will be more likely to feel exhausted, and have less energy. Open up to someone whether it’s a friend, family member, or a professional. Letting it all out is the first step on the path to getting better and out of a low-point.

Don’t be afraid to open up, know that time will keep moving and that other people have been in the same place as you will help get through it.
